Come to TAKEOVER X, a dynamic musical performance by the students of the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts (SOTA) World Music Program featuring a fusion of various world cultures! 

Featuring: 

  • Japanese Taiko
  • Afro-Brazilian and West African drumming
  • Filipino Kulintang + Tinikling 
  • Balinese Gamelan
  • Steelpan
  • Original pieces composed and choreographed by the class of 2023 senior students 

Dates: 

  • Thursday, Apr. 13 at 6:00 p.m. 
  • Friday, Apr. 14 at 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, Apr. 15 at 7:00 p.m. 

Saturday night's show features special performances by the World Music Program alumni.
