SFUSD is proud to announce the 3rd Annual SFUSD Black Graduation and Rites of Passage Ceremony hosted by the SF Alliance of Black School Educators on May 31, 2022. For the 2nd year in a row, this event will be held at Kezar Stadium from 6:00pm until 8:30pm.
Together, we will RECOGNIZE and HONOR Black seniors in the graduating class of 2022 via awards, guest speakers, student and community performances and gifts. This event is open to all Black seniors in SFUSD, their families, community supporters, SFUSD staff and partners.
Tickets:
This a ticketed event. Tickets can be secured via Eventbrite by visiting https://www.eventbrite.com/e/3rd-annual-black-graduation-tickets-325380902037.
The ceremony will also be live-streamed for your viewing pleasure. Please check www.sfusd.edu on the date of the graduation ceremony for direct links to view the live stream.
*In accordance with SFUSD guidelines, we are currently following all public health orders. This is an outdoor event. Masks are not required but are encouraged. We will continue to follow up-to-date public health orders and will notify you if there is any new guidance.
It is also asked that the following items are NOT brought into the stadium:
- Signs/placards
- Balloons
- Air horns or vuvuzelas
- Confetti/confetti cannons
- No animals with the exception of certified service animals
- Food/beverages
- Alcohol
- Fireworks
