Who: SFArtsED, SFUSD Arts Department, Minnesota Street Project
What: "Our City, Our Canvas", a Family Day event celebrating student creativity hosted by Minnesota Street Project in collaboration with the San Francisco Arts Education Project and the SFUSD Arts Department.
Live musical, dance, and choral performances will take place throughout the afternoon in conjunction with SFArtsED's Dialogues exhibit showcasing the visual artwork of students and their artist mentors. Hands-on art activities for all ages will be sponsored by SFArtsED, SFUSD Arts Department, San Francisco Children's Art Center and the African-American Shakespeare Company.
1275 Minnesota St. and 1150 25th St. are conveniently located within four blocks of the T Third St. Muni Metro, #48 bus stop, and the 22nd St. CalTrain Station.
Visitors can find free street parking around the neighborhood or in the paid lot at 901 Illinois St.
