SF Health Network locations with pediatric vaccines and booster shots

SF Health Network members can get COVID-19 pediatric vaccines and booster shots at Zuckerberg SF General, Southeast Health Center, and Potrero Hill Health Center.

Appointments open to all SF Health Network patients, and drop ins are accepted. Learn more at sfhealthnetwork.org/covid-19-vaccine or call 628-652-2700.

Southeast Health Center

  • 2401 Keith St.
  • MTuWFSa 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Thursdays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Potrero Hill Health Center

  • 1050 Wisconsin St.
  • MWF 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., closed from 12 to 1 p.m.

Zuckerberg SF General

  • 1001 Potrero Ave. Building 30, 2nd floor
  • M-F 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. From Nov. 29 through Dec. 17, the site will operate daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
