Attention Families at Early Education School Sites: Please submit the SFUSD Multipurpose Family Income form by October 29

If your student(s) attends an Early Education Site, please submit the SFUSD Multipurpose Family Income Form (MFIF) for your household by October 29. Submit by this date to support school funding. For individual family benefits, families can apply or reapply as needed throughout the school year. See the Family Benefits Guide for some examples.

Submit the MFIF online at SchoolCafe.com. It is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and Arabic. If you have already submitted a MFIF for this school year 2021-22, or received a Direct Certification letter, you do not need to reapply.
